Resumen
The experience of political participation constitutes one of the dimensions of democratic citizenship. It does not substitute, in fact, the dynamics of representative procedures established in liberal political culture, although it performs as an activation of public sphere human and institutional resources. In this sense, it shapes as the framework of practices and interrelations generated by the citizens in de process of public deliberation, design and fulfilment of political resolutions. The terms of a democratic theory of education enlighten in this context the process of individuals' critical learning in the solidary practice of civility.
