Acerca de los dos sentidos de la falsabilidad
Contenido principal del artículo
Resumen
The distinction between falsifiability and falsification, that is, between falsifiability in a pure logical sense and falsifiability in a practical or effective sense, is used by Popper in order to avoid Kuhn, Lakatos and Feyerabend's criticisms. Nevertheless this distinction makes inoperative Popper's criterion of demarcartion, which, reduced to a matter of logic, does not allow to exclude the main theories considerecl by Popper as pseudoscientific (psychoanalysis, marxism and astrology), since they are falsiflable in a logical sense, independently of the attitude of their defenders.
